Andrew Pierce met Ashley Hudson at the church they both attended in Hamburg. The two knew at that point that it was a match made in heaven. Ashley was just 17, and had never had a relationship with a man prior to that. The couple began their relationship very slow. But it was truly the first time they met. Andrew asked God during New Year's Day, just as 2016 was about to begin. He requested God for one final blessing that year: that Ashley say yes and get married. Ashley really wanted a woodsy folk-themed wedding that truly represented her as well as Andrew. For their dream wedding, they took a bit from everything they adore.
